Shopian Low Intensity IED Blast: आईजीपी (कश्मीर) विजय कुमार ने बताया कि पुलिस के पास पहले से ही शोपियां जिले में आतंकवादियों के इम्प्रोवाइज्ड एक्सप्लोसिव डिवाइस (IED) ब्लास्ट की योजना के बारे में खुफिया जानकारी थी.
