फिलहाल सपा का RLD, महान दल और जनवादी पार्टी के साथ गठबंधन है. कहा जा रहा है कि सपा छोटे दलों के लिए 35 से 40 सीटें छोड़ सकती है बाकी सीटों पर पार्टी अपने उम्मीदवार उतारेगी.
